• Personal interviews will be held Monday afternoon

  • You will have up to six, 15 minute interviews
  • You will be asked to select your targetted media
  • Journalists will also request interviews and we will match up requests
  • There is time at the start and end of each day for additional interviews

Approximately two weeks prior to the event, you'll receive a mail from us asking which journalists you would like to have personal interviews with. Personal interviews will take place on Monday afternoon and each company that is available for personal interviews will have to six, 15 minute slots.

These are typically one-on-ones, but occasionally we'll have team two journalists up if it makes sense.

We will also be asking the journalists which companies that would like to interview and then we'll be trying to match up the requests.

When we ask for your names, we'll also ask you to supply us a paragraph about what you will be able to talk about, so if you will be bringing along a news announcement, case studies or research we will note this, and this could result in more journalists requesting interview slots.

When supplying interview requests, we ask that you try and not automatically select the same journalists you know everyone is going to want to speak to. Our first method of matching is to grant the journalists their requests, because if they are interested in speaking with you, then there is a good chance that a story or relationship is going to come out of that interview. The higher-profile journalists will tend to get all of their interview requests granted, so its a good idea to try and provide us with a good range of names, which will help us to match you with the most relevant press.

Journalists will generally take the lead with these interviews, but you should still have some material on hand. Any cases studies, research, news announcements obviously make great material to build on as well.

You are welcome to conduct additional one-on-ones in any of the spare time throughout the conference. There is additional free-time at the end of each day's program as well as before the sessions start. Please respect other participants and DO NOT organise meetings during the day.
